8א. ממלא מקום ראש הלשכה
תיקון: תשל״ו־2, תשמ״ז, תשע״ו
(א)המועצה הארצית תבחר ממלא מקום לראש הלשכה מבין חבריה בבחירות שוות, אישיות וחשאיות.
(ב)נבצר מראש הלשכה זמנית למלא את תפקידו, ישמש ממלא מקומו כראש הלשכה במקומו.
