4. רשיונות
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשפ״ו
(א)הנגיד רשאי, לפי שיקול דעתו ולאחר התייעצות בועדת הרשיונות שנתמנתה לפי סעיף 5, לתת –
(1)לחברה כהגדרתה בחוק החברות –
(א)רשיון בנק;
(ב)(נמחקה);
(ג)(נמחקה);
(ד)(נמחקה);
(ה)(נמחקה);
(ו)רשיון חברת שירותים משותפת;
(2)לתאגיד חוץ רשום בישראל שהוא בנק במדינת חוץ – רשיון בנק חוץ.
(ב)רשיון אינו ניתן להעברה.
