תיקון: תשפ״ו
הנגיד, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע שיעור אחר לעניין ההגדרה ”בנק בעל היקף פעילות זעיר“, ובלבד שלא יעלה על 5% משווי הנכסים של כלל הבנקים בישראל כאמור באותה הגדרה, בשים לב, בין השאר, להיבטים הנוגעים לתחרות ולשמירה על עניינם של הלקוחות.
