תיקון: תשפ״ו
שר האוצר, בהסכמת הנגיד, לאחר התייעצות עם שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע פטור מהוראות לפי חוק זה, כולן או חלקן, לגבי סוגים מסוימים של תאגידים בנקאיים או לגבי סוגים מסוימים של לקוחות, כפי שיקבע, ורשאי הוא להתנות פטור כאמור בתנאים שיקבע.
