עדות שנמסרה לפני ועדת חקירה או לפני מי שהוטל עליו לאסוף חומר כאמור בסעיף 13, לא תשמש ראיה בהליך משפטי, חוץ ממשפט פלילי בשל מסירת אותה עדות.
