13. איסוף חומר
(א)ראתה ועדת חקירה שיש צורך באיסוף חומר הדרוש לחקירה, רשאי יושב־ראש הועדה להטיל תפקיד זה על אדם הכשיר לכך לדעת הועדה.
(ב)ראתה הועדה להטיל איסוף חומר על פרקליט מפרקליטות המדינה או על שוטר, יועמדו הללו לרשותה על ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או המפקח הכללי למשטרת ישראל, לפי הענין.
(ג)סעיפים 9(א)(1) ו־10 יחולו על איסוף חומר לפי סעיף זה.
