27. קביעת גבולות כפר או גוש
(א)פקיד ההסדר יכריע בכל ספק או סכסוך בדבר הגבולות של ישוב או גוש שבאזור ההסדר.
(ב)חלקה מנותקת משאר מקרקעי הישוב שאליו היא שייכת, רשאי פקיד ההסדר, באישור השר, להכלילה במקרקעי ישוב אחר שהיא סמוכה אליו.
(ג)לענינים שבסעיף זה רשאי פקיד ההסדר להשתמש בכל סמכות של ממונה על מחוז לפי פקודת המדידות.
