28. קביעת גבול חדש
היה הגבול בין חלקות נפרדות קו עקום או מפותל, או שלדעת פקיד ההסדר אין הגבול נוח לשימוש במקרקעין, רשאי פקיד ההסדר, אגב תחימה, לקבוע גבול חדש במקום הגבול הקודם ולתאם את זכויות בעלי המקרקעין שמצדי הגבול בחילופי מקרקעין בעלי ערך שווה או בתשלום פיצויים כאמור בסעיף 31.
