16. לבוש וציוד מגן בעת נהיגה ספורטיבית
לא ינהג אדם נהיגה ספורטיבית אלא אם כן הוא לבוש בלבוש מגן ומצויד בציוד מגן, כפי שקבע השר, ורשאי השר לקבוע הוראות שונות לתחומים שונים של נהיגה ספורטיבית, ולסוגים שונים של כלים תחרותיים או מסלולי מירוץ מאושרים; תקנות כאמור ייקבעו בהתאמה לכללי הנהיגה הספורטיבית, ורשאי השר להוסיף על הכללים האמורים.
