17. חובת החזקת תעודות והצגתן
לא ינהג אדם בכלי תחרותי נהיגה ספורטיבית, אלא אם כן נמצאים אתו רישיון הכלי התחרותי, הרישיון לנהיגה ספורטיבית וכן פוליסת הביטוח הנדרשת לפי הוראות סעיף 15, ואם הנהיגה הספורטיבית היא בקטע קישור, בכלי תחרותי שהוא רכב מנועי – גם פוליסת ביטוח לפי פקודת ביטוח רכב מנועי.
