19. איסור נהיגה בעת שכרות
(א)לא ינהג אדם בכלי תחרותי נהיגה ספורטיבית בהיותו שיכור; בסעיף זה, ”שיכור“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 64ב לפקודת התעבורה.
(ב)על בדיקת שכרות, דין וחשבון על בדיקת שכרות וסירוב לבדיקת שכרות לענין אדם הנוהג בכלי תחרותי נהיגה ספורטיבית, יחולו הוראות סעיפים 64ב עד 64ד לפקודת התעבורה, בשינויים המחויבים.
