18. עריכת שינוים בכלי תחרותי
לא יעשה אדם שינוי בכלי תחרותי שניתן עליו רישיון כלי תחרותי, אלא על פי תנאי הרישיון ולפי ההוראות שקבע השר, בהתחשב בכללי הנהיגה הספורטיבית, ככל שקבע הוראות כאמור, ולא ינהג אדם בכלי תחרותי שנעשה בו שינוי בניגוד להוראות סעיף זה.
