28. שינוי הרכב מבטל ערבות
ערבות מתמדת לעסקאותיה של שותפות, שניתנה לשותפות או לצד שלישי, וחל שינוי בהרכבה של השותפות הנערבת, או של השותפות שלעסקאותיה ניתנת הערבות – מתבטלת הערבות לכל עסקה שלאחר השינוי כאמור, והוא אם אין הסכם על היפוכו של דבר.
