29. חובת שותף כלפי רעהו
חובתם של שותפים היא לנהל את עסקי השותפות לתועלת המשותפת, להיות ישרים ונאמנים איש עם רעהו ולמסור לכל שותף או לבא־כוחו חשבונות נכונים ומידע שלם בכל ענין הנוגע לשותפות.
