30. שינוי תנאי השותפות בהסכמה
הזכויות והחובות ההדדיות של השותפים, בין שנקבעו בהסכם ובין שהוגדרו בפקודה זו, ניתנים לשינוי בהסכמת כל השותפים, וההסכמה יכול שתהיה מפורשת או משתמעת מתוך מהלך עסקיה.
