3א. שותפות מקצועית
תיקון: תשנ״ט, תש״ע
על אף האמור בסעיף 3 –
(1)שותפות של עורכי דין או של רואי חשבון לשם עיסוק במקצועם, יכול שיהיו בה יותר מעשרים חברים;
(2)שר המשפטים, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי להחיל את הוראות פסקה (1) על שותפויות אחרות של בעלי מקצוע מסוימים לשם עיסוק במקצועם, ורשאי הוא לקבוע את המספר המרבי של החברים בשותפויות כאמור.
