שותפות שנתכוננה לשם ניהול עסק, חייבת ברישום לפי הוראות פקודה זו תוך חודש מן היום שנתכוננה; להוציא שותפות בין חקלאים לשם מיזם משותף בקשר עם עיבוד אדמה.
