תיקון: תשע״ה
הוראות סימן א׳ לפרק השלישי בחלק השלישי לחוק החברות, יחולו על חברת השותף הכללי כאילו היתה חברה ציבורית, בשינויים המחויבים ובשינויים אלה: בכל מקום, במקום ”החברה“ יקראו ”השותפות המוגבלת הציבורית וחברת השותף הכללי“.
