מחזיק יחידת השתתפות זכאי לקבל מחברת השותף הכללי, לפי בקשתו, העתק מן הדוחות הכספיים, אם הדוחות לא פורסמו בהתאם להוראות לפי פרק ז׳1 לחוק ניירות ערך.
