הוראות סעיף 191 לחוק החברות יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין התנהלות עניין מענייניה של שותפות מוגבלת ציבורית בדרך שיש בה משום קיפוח או חשש מהותי לקיפוח של מחזיקי יחידות ההשתתפות בה, כולם או חלקם.
