65נז. גילוי עניין אישי בידי מחזיק יחידת השתתפות
תיקון: תשע״ה
מחזיק יחידת השתתפות המשתתף בהצבעה באסיפה כללית לפי סעיפים 65יח, 65מה או 65נא(ג)(3), יודיע לשותפות המוגבלת הציבורית לפני ההצבעה באסיפה הכללית או – אם ההצבעה היא באמצעות כתב הצבעה – על גבי כתב ההצבעה, אם יש לו עניין אישי באישור העסקה אם לאו; לא הודיע מחזיק יחידת השתתפות כאמור, לא יצביע וקולו לא יימנה.
