68. רשם וחותמות
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי בצו למנות רשם שותפויות ועובדים אחרים ככל שייראה לו דרוש, ואם לא נתמנה אדם כאמור, ישמש רשם בית המשפט המחוזי רשם השותפויות שנתכוננו באיזור שיפוטו; אולם כרשם שותפויות מוגבלות הנרשמות לפי פקודה זו, ישמש רשם החברות.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי להורות על עשיית חותמות לאימות תעודות הנדרשות לרישום שותפויות ולכל הנוגע לכך.
