70. פנקס ומפתח פתוחים לעיון
תיקון: תשל״ז
(א)הרשם ינהל פנקס ומפתח של כל השותפויות הרשומות לפי פקודה זו ושל כל ההודעות שנרשמו בנוגע לשותפויות.
(ב)כל אדם רשאי לעיין בפנקס ובמפתח תמורת האגרה שנקבעה.
(ג)כל אדם רשאי לקבל תמורת האגרה שנקבעה תעודה על רישומה של שותפות, וכן העתק או נסח מכל הודעה רשומה כשהם מקויימים בידי הרשם.
(ד)תעודת רישום, וכן העתק או נסח מקויימים כראוי בחתימת הרשם, יקובלו בכל הליך משפטי כראיה שוות משקל למסמך המקורי.
