19. אחריות השלוח
[14ג(3)]
(א)מי שפועל כשלוחו של הבעל לענין מעניני פקודה זו או תקנות לפיה יראו אותו כבעל הטובין, ולפי זה יהיה אחראי אישית לתשלום כל אגרות נמל והיטלים אחרים שעל הטובין ויהיה חייב לעשות כל פעולה בנוגע לטובין שהבעל חייב לעשותה לפי פקודה זו או תקנות לפיה.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מאחריותו של השולח.
