19א. אחריות סוכן מכס
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 19, בלי לגרוע מאחריותו של בעל הטובין, סוכן מכס חייב לבצע לגבי הטובין את כל הפעולות החלות על פי כל דין על מי שייפה את כוחו לגביהן.
(ב)סוכן מכס יישא באחריות אישית לתשלומי נמל ואגרות נמל המוטלים על הטובין, אם הוכח כי סייע לאחר להשתמט מהתשלומים ומהאגרות כאמור.
