4. אצילת סמכויות הממונה
[3ב]
(א)הממונה על הנמלים רשאי, בכתב חתום בידו, לֶאֱצול לאחר, דרך כלל או לענין פלוני או לסוג ענינים פלוני, כל סמכות מסמכויותיו לפי פקודה זו או תקנות לפיה.
(ב)אצילה לפי סעיף זה –
(1)יכול שתינתן בתוקף למפרע;
(2)לא תמנע את הממונה על הנמלים מהשתמש בכל סמכות הנתונה לו לפי פקודה זו או תקנות לפיה.
