59טו. ביטול פסילה לפי סעיף 59יד או הארכתה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
בית המשפט המוסמך לדון בעבירה שבשלה נפסלה תעודת המשיט או תעודת ההסמכה לפי סעיף 59יד, רשאי, לאחר ששמע את היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או את בא כוחו או שוטר, או את מי שנפסל, לבטל את הפסילה, בתנאים או ללא תנאים, אם שוכנע שביטול הפסילה לא יפגע בביטחון הציבור, ורשאי הוא להאריך את הפסילה עד למתן פסק דין בעניינו.
