תיקון: תשפ״ד
החלטת בית המשפט לפי פרק זה ניתנת לעיון חוזר ולערר בדרך הקבועה בחוק המעצרים לעניין צו שניתן בבקשה לשחרור בערובה כאילו הייתה צו כאמור; שופט המעיין בבקשה כאמור רשאי לקיים את ההחלטה הקודמת, לשנותה או לבטלה, או לתת במקומה החלטה אחרת אשר בית המשפט האמור היה מוסמך לתיתה, או להחזיר את העניין אל בית המשפט האמור למתן החלטה אחרת על ידיו.
