איש צוות שהשתתף במרידה או עורר מרידה או קשר קשר עם איש צוות אחר לעורר מרידה, דינו –
(1)במרידה לפי פסקה (1) לסעיף 110 – מאסר שבע שנים;
(2)במרידה לפי פסקה (2) לסעיף 110 – מאסר שלוש שנים.
