112. סיוע למרידה
איש צוות שעשה אחת מאלה, דינו – מאסר שנתיים:
(1)מעשה שתכליתו להניע איש צוות אחר להצטרף למרידה;
(2)נכח במרידה ולא עשה כמיטב יכלתו כדי לסכלה או לסייע בסיכולה;
(3)נודע לו על קשר למרידה ולא הודיע על כך מיד לקברניט.
