113. נטילת פיקוד שלא כדין
הנוטל על עצמו שלא כדין פיקוד על כלי שיט, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים, ואם בוצעה העבירה תוך שימוש באמצעי כפיה או מרמה, דינו – מאסר עשר שנים.
