197. אחריות הקברניט והצוות כלפי נער
קברניט כלי שיט וכל איש צוות שהנער נתון לפיקודו או להשגחתו, יעשו לחינוכו המקצועי ובמידת האפשר לקידומו המקצועי של הנער; אם נודע להם על מעשה שיש בו באופן ברור וגלוי כדי לפגוע בחינוכו ובטובתו של הנער – ינקטו כל האמצעים הסבירים למניעת הדבר.
