198. זכות לחופשות חוף
תיקון: תשל״ד
(א)בעגון כלי השיט בנמל הבית זכאי נער לחופשת חוף לא פחות מיום אחד לכל שבוע שבו הפליג בכלי השיט, אך לא יותר ממחצית תקופת שהייתו של כלי השיט בנמל.
(ב)היה הנער זכאי, על פי דין או הסכם, לחופשה בשכר, תיזקף חופשת החוף לחופשה בשכר; לא היה הנער זכאי לחופשה בשכר, יקבל את חופשת החוף כחופשה ללא שכר.
