75. מועד ההתיישנות בהלנת שכר
במנין תקופת ההתיישנות של זכות לפיצויים בעד הלנת שכר המתחילה ביום שקיבל העובד את השכר שבו קשור הפיצוי, כאמור בסעיף 17א לחוק הגנת השכר, תשי״ח–1958, לא תובא בחשבון תקופת הפלגה אחת שבה נעדר איש הצוות מישראל; נסתיימה ההפלגה מחוץ לישראל, לא תתיישן התביעה כאמור אלא כעבור שנה מיום תום ההפלגה או כעבור 14 יום לאחר שחזר הימאי לישראל, הכל לפי המוקדם.
