3. מתן רשיונות למודדים
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ט
(1)לא יעסוק אדם במקצוע המדידה אלא אם כן יש בידו רשיון שנתן עפ״י פקודה זו.
(2)בעצת מנהל מחלקת המדידות, יכול שר העבודה לתת רשיונות לאנשים הרוצים לעסוק במקצוע המדידה.
הסמכות לתת רשיונות למודדים הוענקה למנהל מחלקת המדידות (ע״ר 1946, תוס׳ 2, 112).
(3)מתן רשיון עפ״י פקודה זו, בטולו או הפסקתו לזמן יפורסמו ברשומות.
