22. תחילה
תחילתו של חוק זה תשעה חדשים מיום קבלתו בכנסת, אולם –
(1)סעיף 11 תחילתו עם פרסום החוק;
(2)סעיף 14(ב) תחילתו ביום שיקבע השר בצו, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת.
