27ז. שמיעת הנער
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשע״ד
(א)במתן היתר להעסקת נער תהיה זכות לנער המסוגל לחוות דעה משלו, להביע את עמדתו לענין מתן היתר להעסקתו, ויינתן לדעתו משקל ראוי בהתאם לגילו ולמידת בגרותו.
(ב)שר העבודה והרווחה, באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, יתקין תקנות לענין דרכי המימוש של זכות הנער לפי סעיף זה.
