27ח. הצגת תעודת זהות
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)מעסיק לא יעסיק נער אלא אם כן הציג הנער לפניו תעודת זהות שלו או תעודת זהות של הוריו, שבה מופיעים פרטיו.
(ב)מעסיק ישמור במקום שבו מתנהל עסקו העתק של תעודת הזהות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), בתקופה שבה הנער מועסק אצלו ועד שנה לאחר סיום העסקתו; בתום התקופה האמורה יבער המעסיק את העתק תעודת הזהות.
