31. רישום נערים עובדים
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)מעסיק חייב לנהל פנקס שבו יירשמו ביחס לכל נער המועסק על ידיו, הפרטים שייקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)שר העבודה יקבע, בהודעה שתפורסם ברשומות, את סוגי המעסיקים שעליהם חל סעיף זה, ורשאי הוא לקבוע כאמור שהפנקס יהיה חלק מפנקס אחר שמעסיק חייב לנהלו על פי חוק ששר העבודה ממונה על ביצועו.
פורסמה הודעה בדבר סוגי המעבידים החייבים לנהל פנקס לרישום נערים (י״פ תשי״ח, 391).
