25. שמיעת עמדתו של קטין
קטין שהוא חולה הנוטה למות, זכאי להשתתף בקבלת החלטה על הטיפול הרפואי בו, בהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)הקטין מודע למצבו, ומבקש להשתתף בקבלת ההחלטה בענינו;
(2)הרופא האחראי קבע שכושרו ובשלותו השכליים והנפשיים של הקטין מאפשרים את שיתופו בקבלת ההחלטה בענינו.
