27. חובת התייעצות
החלטות כאמור בסעיפים 25(2) ו־26 יתקבלו לאחר התייעצות עם הורי הקטין, אפוטרופסו, אם מונה לו, עם המטפלים בקטין ועם רופאים רלוונטיים או מומחים הנוגעים בדבר, לפי הענין, ובמידת האפשר עם רופאו האישי.
