30. הבעת רצון מוקדמת
אדם רשאי להביע את רצונו, מראש, בשאלת הטיפול הרפואי בו אם יהיה חולה הנוטה למות שאינו בעל כשרות, במתן הנחיות רפואיות מקדימות, בייפוי כוח, או בשילוב ביניהם, הכל בכפוף להוראות פרק זה ובלבד שעשה כן מתוך רצון חופשי ועצמאי ושלא מתוך לחץ משפחתי, חברתי או אחר.
