23. משפט בשיתוף חבר יועץ
(1)במשפט שהוגש על הפרת פטנט או בטולו יכול בית המשפט, אם ימצא לנכון, לבקש את עזרתו של יועץ המומחה לדבר.
(2)אם ישולם שכר ליועץ עפ״י הסעיף הזה, יקבע השכר ע״י בית המשפט ויפרע כפי שייקבע.
