24. צו לא תעשה
הוגש משפט על הפרת פטנט תהא זכות לתובע לקבל סעד בדרך מתן צו האוסר את השמוש בפטנט ובדרך של תשלום דמי נזק:
בתנאי שלא יהא בעל הפטנט רשאי לתבוע מאת הנתבע כל פיצוי על הפרת פטנט שניתן אחרי התחלת פקודה זו אם הוכיח הנתבע שבשעת ההפרה לא ידע ממציאותו של פטנט כזה.
