(א)בחוק זה –
”חוק הגנת הדייר“ – חוק הגנת הדייר [נוסח משולב], התשל״ב–1972;
”חוק התכנון והבניה“ – חוק התכנון והבניה, התשכ״ה–1965.
(ב)לשאר המונחים בחוק זה תהיה המשמעות שיש להם בחוק מס רכוש וקרן פיצויים, התשכ״א–1961.
