10. סדרי תביעה
(א)שר הביטחון ימנה את הממונה כממונה על תשלום הקצבאות לפי חוק זה; הודעה על מינוי הממונה ועל מענו תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 44 עד 52 לחוק שירות הקבע יחולו לענין חוק זה, בשינויים המחויבים לפי הענין.
