הוראות סעיפים 53 עד 67 לחוק שירות הקבע יחולו לענין חוק זה בשינויים המחויבים, ואולם בסעיף 55, במקום הסיפה החל במילים ”ארבעה חודשים“ יקראו את המילה ”שנתיים“.
