4. חיוב אישי
פרסום שנעשה בניגוד להוראות חוק זה ימומן אישית בידי מי שאישר את הפרסום כאמור, ויראו את מי ששמו או תוארו מופיעים בפרסום, כמי שאחראי לפרסום, זולת אם הוכיח שהפרסום נעשה שלא בידיעתו או שנקט אמצעים סבירים למניעתו; אין בסעיף זה כדי לפגוע בסמכות המסורה לבית המשפט על פי הוראות סעיף 77 לחוק העונשין, תשל״ז–1977.
