23. שמירת דינים
(א)חוק זה בא להוסיף על האמור בכל חיקוק אחר ולא לגרוע ממנו.
(ב)על אף הוראות סעיף קטן (א), מי שפועל מכוח הוראות חוק זה, לא יראוהו כעובר על הוראות חוק צער בעלי חיים (הגנה על בעלי חיים), התשנ״ד–1994.
