16. זכות חזרה
(א)מי שנתן מזונות מעל למוטל עליו ולא התכוון ליתן מתנה, רשאי לדרוש החזרת היתרה ממי שקיבלה או ממי שנתן פחות מן המוטל עליו ובמידה שנתן פחות מן המוטל עליו.
(ב)מי שנתן מזונות שלא היה חייב בהם ולא התכוון ליתן מתנה, רשאי לדרוש החזרתם ממי שקיבלם או ממי שהיה חייב בהם ובמידה שהיה חייב בהם.
